Our Mission:

To be a professional, welcoming, and joyful community of learners in a secure and nurturing environment.

Our Vision Statement:

We envision a welcoming, nurturing and secure setting, where positive relationships abound among students, staff members, families and the community. And where all reach their potential as lifelong, motivated learners.

We envision a business-like, professional atmosphere that fosters perseverance and problem-solving in the pursuit of personal and academic goals.

We envision a climate of academic excellence, where research based methods and materials, adequate resources, and a mind-body approach help all students master Washington State's Essential Academic Learning Requirements and develop skills and attitudes that transfer to the real world, now and in the future.

Ms. Barbara Sevey

Barb loves her job very much!  She thinks she is a good secretary (and she's right). She has been a business manager for 21 years. Barb is a mother of two boys and a grandmother or three girls and would like more grandchildren. She is going to be retired in five years (which will be sad). She has always wanted to be a crime scene investigator. She became a secretary because she wanted to work with children. Barb is Elvis's biggest fan, I mean Biggest!!!  Barb is the glue that keeps this school together! "Thank you Loon Lake Community for accepting me as one of your own, I have enjoyed every minute of it."

All the interviews of our staff were conducted by our students whom we are very proud of. Thank you to all of the parents for providing us with some of the best kids in the world!
